How do you size the system?
We size each room on the survey, from its size, glazing, orientation and use. An undersized unit never catches up, and an oversized one cycles and wastes energy and we explain the output we recommend.
What warranty do I get?
The manufacturer provides it, on its own terms. Some terms depend on regular servicing by a qualified engineer, so keep your service records.

Does air conditioning work as heating?
Normally, yes. A heat pump moves heat from the outside air into the room, so it gives out more heat than the electricity it uses. To replace your main heating, there are extra conditions, including for the £2,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant for air-to-air heat pumps.
What does F-Gas certified mean?
For refrigerant work, both the engineer and the company need the right F-gas credentials. Ask to see proof before you book anyone and we’ll gladly show you ours.
