The information on this site is general guidance about air conditioning, heat pumps and ventilation. It isn’t legal, tax or financial advice. Grants, VAT rules and regulations change: check the current position with the official sources we link to.
Prices
Prices on this site are typical ranges. Every job is quoted in writing at a fixed price before work starts, and the scope, timing and price in your written quote apply to that job.
Warranties
Equipment comes with the manufacturer’s warranty on the manufacturer’s terms, which we explain with your quote.
Links and trade marks
We link to official and manufacturer sources and aren’t responsible for other websites. Brand and product names belong to their owners; naming a brand doesn’t mean the manufacturer endorses us.
