Air conditioning servicing for homes and businesses in Bramshott Chase
Servicing is also a chance to spot faults early. We listen to the fans, look at the pipework and insulation, test the controls and check the electrical connections are sound, then explains anything that looks like it could cause a problem later. We are often asked to deal with leak check records that need bringing up to date and no service record for the last year or more, on ducted systems, air-to-air heat pumps and ceiling cassettes.
Several units at a home near Bramshott Chase can be serviced in one visit, which keeps it simple.
If a fault appears while the equipment is under the manufacturer’s warranty, tell us the make, model and installation date. We’ll explain how the manufacturer’s terms are likely to apply before any chargeable work goes ahead.

System by system
Filters
Some systems have extra filters for fine dust or odours. We check these as well and explain what the manufacturer recommends.
Condensate drains and pumps
Slime and debris build up in drain trays over time. A clean tray means fewer drips and fewer smells.
Leave it or put it right?
Servicing is planned, priced and booked at a time that suits you. A breakdown arrives without warning, so a planned visit is the easier option. A system that is left with a fault, or without a service, normally costs more to run.
Our prices page shows typical ranges, but each job is priced on what it involves. For a fixed-price quote, phone 07833 053749 or email us, and we’ll explain what it covers.

Bramshott Chase questions
How often do you service systems in Bramshott Chase?
A yearly visit is right for most households. Business systems may also need F-gas leak checks, at least every 12 months from 5 tonnes CO2 equivalent.
Will you come out to Bramshott Chase?
Yes, smaller places are covered as well as towns. Send a few details and pictures, and we reply the same working day.
Do you offer air conditioning maintenance contracts?
Yes. With a contract, the frequency and the scope of each visit are written down, at a fixed price agreed with your quote. It suits anyone who would rather not track service dates.
Can you look at a system you didn’t fit?
Yes. We work on systems fitted by other installers as well as our own from all the leading brands. Send us the make and model, and any records you have.
Can I do any of the installation myself?
Not the refrigerant work. The F-gas rules require certified companies and qualified engineers for it, and a new circuit is notifiable under Part P unless a registered electrician, such as a NICEIC approved contractor, does it.
Do you provide F-Gas records?
Yes. You get a written record of each visit, including F-Gas records for any refrigerant work. File them with the system’s paperwork.
Why use an F-Gas certified company?
Companies working on equipment that contains F gas must be certified by an approved body, and the engineers need their own qualifications. It’s how you know the refrigerant is being handled legally and safely.
What you can do yourself, and what needs us
Never try to top up, release or handle refrigerant yourself. The law requires anyone working on equipment containing F gas to hold the right qualifications, and the company to be certified, and refrigerant lines can cause cold burns. A suspected leak is our job, not yours.
Leave the units and pipework where they are. Moving a unit involves the refrigerant circuit, so it needs an F-Gas qualified engineer, and the electrical side needs a competent person. If you need something moved, we can quote for it.
How the visit works
We book the visit for a day and time that suit you, and we keep you posted if anything changes. When we arrive, we check the job against the survey or the pictures you sent. Anything unexpected is raised with you before we go further. After that, it takes a short visit for one split system, longer for multi-split, ducted or commercial plant. We plan the trip to Bramshott Chase around you.
- We ask about the system: the make, the number of indoor units and any problems you’ve noticed.
- The engineer switches the system on and checks how it behaves before taking anything apart.
- Dust and grime come off the filters and coils, and the drain is flushed so water runs away properly.
- Electrical connections, controls and refrigerant performance are checked, with an F-gas leak check where the system requires one.
- You get a service record, with anything that needs attention explained.
Preparing for the visit
- Tell us about access, such as roof hatches, high walls or locked plant areas
