Air conditioning servicing in Fuller Street, done properly
For homes with one or two units and businesses with many, we can set up a maintenance contract. The visits, the scope and the cost are fixed with your quote, so the system is looked after on a regular schedule. If the problem is F-gas leak checks falling due and water dripping from the indoor unit, we can sort it out.
Around Fuller Street, outdoor units sit close to gardens and greenery, where seeds and leaves collect on the coil. A yearly service clears them.
The records are your system’s health record: a dated account of the work and the readings we took. It makes the next visit quicker and any warranty question simpler and it’s worth keeping safe.

Different systems, different jobs
Indoor and outdoor coils
Room air passes over the indoor coil, which takes heat out or puts it in. We clean it so air can pass through the fins and heat can pass in and out and any damage is noted.
Maintenance contracts
A maintenance contract sets out the visits, what each covers and the price before the first visit. It works for one unit at home or many across a site.
Looking after it afterwards
To keep the system working properly:
- Report drips, smells or noises early
- Keep the drain outlet clear
- Leave space around the outdoor unit for air to flow
Where the system needs F-gas leak checks, the result is recorded, and the next check is due within the period the rules set. We can book it in ahead of time.
An annual service is the simplest routine to keep to, and more often if the system works hard or the rules require it.
Fuller Street questions
Can you do air conditioning servicing in Fuller Street?
We do: Fuller Street falls inside our working area. Just give us a ring on 07833 053749 or email us with a few details.
Do you cover smaller places like Fuller Street?
Yes, and the size of the place makes no difference to how we work. Send a few details and pictures, and we reply the same working day.
When is an F-gas leak check required?
It depends on the system’s tonnes of CO2 equivalent (tCO2e). From 5 to under 50 tCO2e, leak checks are required at least every 12 months, and from 50 to under 500 tCO2e every 6 months. Hermetically sealed systems holding less than 10 tCO2e don’t need them.
Why use an F-Gas certified company?
For refrigerant work, both the engineer and the company need the right F-gas credentials. Ask to see proof before booking anyone, and we’re happy to show ours.
Do you offer emergency call-outs?
Yes. Our emergency line runs 24/7 for problems that can’t wait for a planned visit. Ring 07833 053749 any time and explain the problem.
Which brands do you work with?
Mitsubishi Electric, Daikin, Fujitsu, Panasonic, Toshiba, LG, Samsung, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Hitachi and others. For a new system, we suggest the make and model that suit the property and explain why.
Will you regas my air conditioning on a service?
A regas is a separate job, done once a leak has been found and fixed. Adding gas without a repair just lets it leak away again, so we don’t recommend it.
What happens if it’s left?
Smells from an indoor unit tend to come back each time it runs. The cure is cleaning where the dirt has built up instead of covering it up. Dealing with it now is normally simpler than a breakdown later.
Every job is different, so each one gets its own fixed-price quote. The system, the access, the pipe routes and the parts involved all play a part.
Why us?
- Warranty terms set out brand by brand
- Checkatrade member
- One contact for properties across the South East and London
- A reply the same working day
How it works
Refrigerant work is done by qualified engineers working for an F-Gas certified company, while the electrical side is covered by our NICEIC approval. So on the day, you don’t need a separate electrician for the electrical side. On site, it takes an hour or so for a single wall-mounted unit, longer for a multi-split system. For a village like Fuller Street, tell us about narrow lanes, gates and parking when you book.
- We start with the details of the system and anything you’ve noticed.
- Inside, the filters, coil and drain tray of each indoor unit are cleaned.
- The outdoor unit gets its own clean, with leaves and debris cleared away.
- Electrical connections, controls and refrigerant performance are tested.
- We explain what we found and price any repair before it’s done.
Getting ready for the visit
- Tell us about parking and loading
- Find the manual or the paperwork for the system, if you have it
- Clear a path to the units and the space around them
Ask for a quote
VAT is set out clearly on every quote, with the rate that applies to your job. VAT can differ between homes and businesses and between kinds of work, so we confirm it on the quote. To get one, phone us on 07833 053749.

Servicing in Fuller Street: local notes
The Valuation Office Agency’s council tax figures show about 49% of homes in the Fuller Street area were built in 2000 or later, and about 72% of households live in detached or semi-detached houses, according to Census 2021 figures. A photo of the outdoor unit and its surroundings tells us what access the visit needs. Three Ashes Farmhouse, listed at grade II, is one of roughly 5 protected buildings and structures in the half-mile around Fuller Street’s centre. Should a unit ever need replacing on a listed building or in a conservation area, ask us about consent first.
Water dripping from the indoor unit often traces back to a drain that needs clearing. Most homes book one service a year; busy offices and shops may want more.
