Ducted units sit out of sight in ceiling voids. We need access to the unit, its filters and its drain, so let us know where the hatch is.

Do not move, re-route or disconnect units or pipework yourself. Disconnecting a system means dealing with refrigerant, which only a qualified engineer can do, and the electrics need care too. If you need something moved, we can quote for it.
